One on One Interview
Your interview with our expert staffing agent is essential. Here, we discuss personal interest and what you are expecting from your new position, your skills and job-related experience. We want to get to know yourself, your interests and availability in order to be able to help you achieve your career goals.
Job Availability
After you interview, we will make sure to find if there is a specific job you are qualified for and interested in, then, we will get in touch with our client and recommend you to the best employer. Before they offer you any job opportunity, they may choose to interview you, once again.
Reference Checking
To make sure our clients get the best candidates, we contact references provided by applicants and conduct reference checks with previous employers. Once reference check results are obtained, we may offer you new opportunities to consider.
